The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal offer of services.
3. Client Obligations
As a Client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our Services. You are responsible for timely communication and for providing necessary access to relevant platforms or information as outlined in the Consulting Agreement. All information provided to us will be handled with strict confidentiality.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services are outlined in the individual Consulting Agreement. Payments are typically structured on a retainer basis and are due in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of Services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. The Company will not disclose any client-specific information without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation of confidentiality extends beyond the termination of the Consulting Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodologies, is the exclusive property of Prospettiva d'Elite S.r.l. and is protected by international copyright laws. Any strategic documents, reports, or materials created by the Company for a Client ('Deliverables') become the property of the Client upon full payment, though the Company retains the right to use the underlying methodologies and know-how.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prospettiva d'Elite S.r.l. provides services based on professional expertise and industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results are subject to various external factors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the applicable Consulting Agreement.
8. Termination
The terms for terminating a service engagement will be specified in the individual Consulting Agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement for a material breach if the breaching party fails to cure the breach within a specified timeframe.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Milan, Italy.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website or our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
