You will get free lifetime updates for bought extensions from us. Any purchased software includes 30 days of free support by default. After the free period, you can additionally buy 6 months of support for $49 or 12 months for $69.

What is the license policy? On how many domains can I use MrMage extensions?
Our license allows you to use a single extension license on one Magento installation. An extension is not domain dependent, but installation dependent. If you run several domains on the same instance of Magento, you can use one extension license. However, if you run each domain on a new installation of Magento, you need separate license for each of them. The whole text of the EULA is listed here: http://mrmage.com/eula
I'm getting "404 Not Found" error when trying to open configuration page.
Please clean the cache and log out and then log in back into the admin panel, so it should help.
How to disable Magento extension?
To disable any Magento extension, please follow the next steps:
- Edit app/etc/modules/Mrmage_SomeExtenison.xml file (where "SomeExtenison" is a name of the extension);
- Change XML attribute from "true" to "false";
- Clear the cache in admin.
