End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using our Software.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Software.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License

Mrmage.com grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. That simply means that you are not able to resell our software.

Restrictions and Warnings

By purchasing extension or services from the mrmage.com website, you agree to the following:

a) You agree not to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party.

b) You agree not to use any part of the code in whole or part of any other Software or product or website.

c) You agree not to remove or alter any brand, copyright, disclaimer, terms of use, attribution or any other proprietary notices or marks within the extension code.

d) Our company will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use our Software.

e) We are not liable for prosecution arising from the use of the Software against law or for any illegal use.

f) If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the Software is revoked.

g) You have to use only a copy of the Software on one Magento installation rigidly for your own personal or business use, subject to all other terms of this Agreement. A separate License should be purchased for each Magento installation.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Mrmage.com company. Our company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Software and all copies thereof from all your websites.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from your websites.

Amendments to this Agreement

Mrmage.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
